Got my blood test result back today.Gosh I got a slight increase of o.1 in LDL ( low density cholestrol).Oh My God!!! I am so young. It must be due to all the food during my stay in Msia. Gosh. I so gonna exercise.Luckily it's only a minor thing and exercise will fix the problem.
Peeps out there. Better do your test and dun ever think that" I am young and it's alright." You'll never knows.
