Too fat ?

Speaking about embarrassment...
Something that embarrassed me for the rest of my life.
Guess what... my pants..yeah it's about my pants. It tore..without me knowing about it.sad!!!

Result: Imagine them rolling on the floor, laughing non stop with tears. And poor me ending up with embarrassment eating lunch OUTSIDE the hospital with my lab coat on.
Conclusion: Don't buy cheap trousers. I really need to work up.
New lesson learned today, an important one.

Iszit that classy?

It was a pleasant weekend. Done tonnes of shopping, grab dozens of bargains and spend quality time together.

We went GSC signature in The Gardens Mid Valley for a movie, Red cliff. Since it was a weekend, and as you guys out there understands , KL people is miserable, i don't mean all, but most of them including me, (ok ok i admit ) doesn't have any other better place to go during the weekends. That's the main reason why all major cinemas in KL are packed with people. So as usual, cinemas are packed with loads of people, so without any choices we choose GSC signature for movie.

As a "foreigner" ( well, time flies, people changed, place changed, so you can't blame me), without understanding the classy --ness of the cinema which i can't even know what is there to be classy about, we bought a freaking 2 ticket for the price of RM 40 with a 1st row.

As a result, i almost have a c7 fracture with brainstem herniation as a complication after a freaking 2 hours and half movie. The pain continues till the next day and rhinorhea added in as the cinema was freaking cold.

conclusion: show overall was not bad except it was a bit draggy at the fighting part.Cinema rating: not worth the ticket price!! Beware people.. GSC signature at THE GARDENS ticket price at weekend is RM20 .

Intubation..

CPR = Cardio- Pulmonary resuscitation. How many people actually knows how to do it?
To be honest, after so many yrs in medical school i seriously have no idea what it is about. Starting to get afraid? Better don't meet me when u collapse... kidding kidding

Being a good doctor like me will not endanger your precious life, so don't worry. Today i've done it and it all went well.

Would like to brag about the intubation part.. i tried it today and it was on a mannequins luckily ok. It started with the tube without a probe..ok i admit that we didn't know that we've hv to put the probe inside and end up inflating the esophagus instead of the trachea.

After many attempts the instructor came over and found out our stupidity and we will like "cha dou"

good and unforgettable experience after all.

Doctors???

Looking at the latest TV Series House MD or Grey's Anatomy, being doctor is something so noble. But... being at the medical posting changes all the thoughts of mine...

Being a doctor = slaves as patient is always right especially those like" you better kill me or i gonna scream myself out of you",or those " you better treat me well or i am gonna commit suicide in front of you" or extremely commanding patient as i've met today.

This particular patient, indian gentleman,49 y.o presented with " we've run all the test but still dunno what freaking illness you've got" was such a pain in the a** . I was supposed to draw him 5cc of blood but he was there commanding me not to hurt his "already blue patch wound due to 1000 times of blood drawing" so i attempted to try on smaller vein but eventually failed to get any.so i poked him 3 times and finally decided to give up. conclusion: serves him right, who ask him to command me as if he is the doctor treating his illness...

Some out there may said that i am cold hearted and where does all my sympathy went to. But what the heck.. try being more cooperative to the doctors as their job is v tiring trying to give u an attentive care.

To those that still thinks that being a doctor is such a noble and perfect profession which you can act like DR House pose.. my conclusion: Don't think too much..
